Cheque |
Unlike many shops and supermarkets, we haven't turmed our backs on the traditional cheque! You will need to obtain a player entry form by downloading and printing it or collecting one from the Berkshire Hospice Lottery offices at Duchess of Kent House Charity or Wokingham District Cancer Care Trust. This needs to be completed to show how many entries your require and then returning with your cheque to the address shown on it. The minimum commitment you can make paying by cheque is £13 for one entry every week for 13 weeks.
